Editor's Note: Ford Mobility's app-based shuttle service Chariot will be going out of business effective Feb. 28, 2019. Because of this, the City has ended services as of Saturday, January 12.

Chariot for the Holidays

Heading into downtown Ferndale for holiday shopping, dining, drinking, or more? Make your life easy by skipping the parking hunt and hailing a Chariot.

Chariot is an innovative microtransit service that provides fixed-loop shuttle rides throughout west Ferndale and Pleasant Ridge. The idea is to make parking easier in populated lots leading up to and during the upcoming construction of The dot. You can drive to one of our less-populated lots and take a Chariot downtown from there, or if you live nearby simply walk up and hail a Cahiot at one of our convenient pick-up locations.

Extended Hours for Small Business Saturday

On Small Business Saturday, Nov. 24, Chariot will feature extended hours from 11:00 a.m. through Midnight. Check out the Downtown Development Authority for info about the sales, specials, and great shopping, and prepare to head downtown.
