Planned Power Outage & Repairs at The dot

The dot parking development, located at 221 West Troy Street, will be experiencing two service interruptions this week that tenants should be aware of.

Power outage on Wednesday, July 27 starting at 8 a.m.

DTE informed us today that power will be disconnected to the entire facility on Wednesday, July 27 starting at 8 a.m. Work is expected to be completed and power restored by early-to-mid afternoon.

Parking access blocked to 4th floor of parking structure

Access to the fourth floor of the parking structure will be blocked while some repairs are taking place. The remainder of the parking levels remain open to the public as usual.
