City Issues First Bid Package for The dot

The City of Ferndale announced on Thursday, November 15 the issuance of the first bid package for the mixed-use parking project known as The dot. The public portion of the project includes the construction of a four-level parking structure, with one level below ground. In addition, W. Troy Street and the rear alley will include pedestrian oriented enhancements and decorative finishes; storm water improvements and other sustainable elements. The City anticipates breaking ground on the project in early 2019.
