Automatic Renewal of Monthly Parking Permits

The City launched an online permitting system in May of 2018. Since the system's launch,several monthly permit holders have requested the option to auto renew. To accommodate auto renewal, the term for a monthly permit must begin on the first day of the month and end on the final day of the month. As of January 1st, 2019, monthly permits will be sold in a monthly block cycle and no longer as a rolling cycle. Monthly permits will be pro-rated according to the following schedule:

• Monthly permits will be prorated on the 1st and 16th of every month.

• Monthly permits purchased between the 17th-22nd will be offered at 50%.
• Monthly permits purchased on the 22nd day or afterward will be offered at 25%.
• Monthly permits will expire at the end of the month.
